Modern neural networks can achieve things that were unimaginable just a few years ago -they can generate realistic images, comprehensive text, or even drive autonomous vehicles. We'll shortly show that such AIs aren't as complex as they may initially seem and are composed of smaller, simpler concepts. We are going to present U-Net architecture and its applications in detecting traffic signs and image generation. On top of that we'll explain attention and how it's used by ChatGPT.
