No, participation in lectures at SFI does not require any prior registration.

Yes, participation in workshops at SFI does require prior registration due to the limited number of participants. Registration will be announced a few days before the Festival on our Facebook page: facebook.com/sfikrakow.

Confirmations of participation in the Conference, signed by the Lead Coordinator, can be obtained at the SFI front desk during the event.
Confirmations of participation in a specific workshop, signed by the teacher, are handed out after the workshop.

You can get a confirmation of participation, mentioned above. However, it depends entirely on your teachers, whether or not it counts as an excused absence.

We encourage you to share them with us in person during SFI. You can also send them to us via the contact form below. We will be happy to receive any comments so that we can improve SFI together.

Taking photos is allowed as long as you do it discreetly – do not disturb the lecture/workshop, so no flash or loud sounds. Not all of the speakers give consent for the recording of their presentations. We politely ask you to refrain from recording videos during SFI to respect the privacy and requests of our presenters. Lectures will be recorded by those who have explicit permissions from the organizers and then shared on our YouTube.

We will try to create a calm place for such conversation, however, it depends entirely on the speaker. Above all, we ask you to respect the privacy of our speakers who are either preparing to or relaxing after their lectures and do not interrupt them in the Speakers’ room.

There are a few ways you can come across an SFI T-shirt. You can take part in any of our contests, attend the lectures (sometimes we give out shirts at the end) or join us and become an Organizer!

There will be marked places on SFI intended for this purpose.
Power will be also available in workshop classrooms.
