Agile Leader, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, a project manager with over 10 years of experience, who balances between the world of design and product to build and develop platforms for a leader in trading and investment services and, above all, to deliver value to the client and business.

With a good hand to people and experience in many industries, for instance fintech, cloud, electronics, lighting and automotive. I have created hardware and software products for clients from all over the world. In addition, I educate on how to deliver projects, not only how to manage them in Zero BS Management, and I create the largest free monitoring program for women in Poland – Tech Leaders, and I am also a laureate of the Strong Women in IT 2023 - global edition report.

I love to learn, so I teach others, trying to get the most out of them. I help both those who are at the beginning of their project path and those who face tasks already at level C. I mentor, develop and support, starting with communication and answering the basic question – "why"?

I am interested in agile methods of project management and product delivery, intercultural and digital communication, building project teams based on data and values. I'm also developing my Instagram account, where I share my knowledge from the world of IT project management.

In my free time, which is always able to spare, I walk around the Tatra Mountains, read tons of detective stories and improve my care and better understanding of my cats – Liczi and Bronek.
